There was nothing good about working here. Exploitative management, the owners of the schools treated all the employees as their personal labour; finding ways to deduct salary, make people work long hours, no respect. Would not even provide cup of tea and CCTVs even in staff room to hear and record the teachers

Very bitter experience of working with the principal. My efforts and time were never appreciated. Principal always finds ways to demoralise the staff inspite of putting in 100 percent efforts. Very long working hours and further to overload you, homework is always there in waiting.
