1. Exorbitant expectations of performance by Chairman Mr Om Pathak. 2. Non payment of increments and reimbursements of staff. 3. Rude and humiliating HR head Girish Vir 4. Strict timings and no employee favourable timing relaxation. 5. 9 hour working in this company where in world there is 8-8.5 hour job per day. 6. HR will deduct Gratuity from your salary and payment only after 5 years. 7. Extra taxes are deducted from salary by accounts stating that they will not be held responsible if any employee quits his job. 8.
