A good place for start up of career for a fresher but can not think for a long term commitment with the company as there is least job security at this place. Salary is ok if you are a fresher. At the time of appraisal the company will ask you to quit the job. But a good place to gain teaching experience if you are a fresher.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
