1) current CFO Mr. Banka is a mad person. He gets enjoyment in shouting on people without any reason. Infact he harassed own team (even senior members) in front of sales team, CEO or outsiders. He throw all his personal life dissatisfaction on professional front. He shouts like a mad and the same can be reached every corner of 5000sqft head office. He uses unprofessional language too. He belives in micro management. It is his inborn character. The same has been highlighted by his team on mordern foods (his previous employer)page on this portal) 2) policies has made by company with proper DOA. But CFO concentrated all power within his hand. Even sales manager does not inform commercial team while taking any approval. 3) he does not guide his team at all. 4) HR is non exist. Infact in last 1 year full HR team resigned and changed including HR head twice. The company has attrition rate of 33%. 5) CEO is good person. However he ignores everything except sales.
