Likes

I liked the brand weightage and product quality. They are quality food product. They are leader in HORECA culinary segment for their variety and quality.

Dislikes

Management lacks the depth to understand the need of geography wise requirement. They are quite strong in premium food outlets or Departmental store and they want to expand in other outlets but they lack strategies to help off take. Moreover middle management is more focused on primary sales. Management lacks long term vision or they are unable to convey the same to team.
