Team is very good monthly on time salary, DEFINER is Best place, if you work hard, they won't remove from job. Incentives are good.

Timings are very bad; 10 min late also LOP. You won't learn anything, No Career growth, Less Hike, No communication with HR, Mr Manager is Worst, don't know ABCD also. No cafeteria, They won't allow outside also in office timings. simply to say it's like a school

Working with Definer has been a fantastic experience. I have gained valuable knowledge and the office atmosphere is exceptional with wonderful colleagues. Especially MD of the company Mr. Ravi varma he is not only a great leader but also a compassionate human being with a visionary out look. I wish the company a continues success in the future.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt many things on the job.i got a chance to wear a multiple hats and that helped me get a different roles within the same team.
