Difence research and development organization (DRDO) is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the organization.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is high. The work pressure is very low. But there is no value for contractual employee.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Working At GTRE,DRDO gave me a look at what goes at the Central Government Services. It follows all the rules very efficiently but the Organisation is working because of its people who sometimes do it their own way.

This place consists Great,Good and best Scientists and Officers.There is a practice of Partiality in some sections like How they treat Contract Employee, Apprentices,Casual Labours. This Lab is just like any other Office place. It is Maintained by Humans after all.
