The job is good and interesting.I have joined in defence immediately after my education and with out experience but I got a chance to learn SAP and working on it from the past 5years.Work life in defence is completely different from other companies.

Overall excellent in all respect only R&D activities little more focus needed and youngsters need proper orientation and train them to own responsibility. Roadmap of DRDO needs to be focussed. If needed separate directorate to review the progress of all clusters in line with DRDO roadmap.
