Am working here for my personal growth.. I got 2 years experience in this organization.. I have improved myself so strong.i learned how to do work ND balancing the work , and people management and work management ...got a confidence .. habitually complete hard task .

Skill development - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Not a permanent job , repeated work getting bore ... Not a good salary for my work

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Working as an cad engineer (solid works , auto Cad , Matlab, Ms office) , 3D modeling, from that modeling generate the drawing and send it to Manufacture company's and then they will supply tha hardware and will get it as per My organization need ....

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
