There is nothing to like in DBEL. No job secuirty, No PF given, Management is worst. Company runs on its only policy i.e Work as slave not as a professional.

Everthing is worst there. No one want to b work in this company from heart.

Machines too need rest after some times. But here is this company if you are a site engg you have no right to take rest. You have to work 24*7 if needed.
