Likes

It was a good experience as research associate in Deejay coconut farm pvt ltd. Team mates were fully supportive. Work environment was very good with horrible weather conditions. Traveling was giving new experience, with new people and with new ideas.

Dislikes

Job security is not there and carrer growth also less. Salary will be less compare to other institutions. Politics is common in all companies.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
