Worst experience ever.... partiality done by boss between old and new employees and worst environment is worst due to politics

Worst experience ever partiality is done by boss between new and old employee. If the new employees hav completed 1 yr in there firm still they are new employees. Salary never on time never. Untill we ask for salary salary is not paid. Noting is good there

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
