Everything and no work culture. No respect. No fixed rules. No conveyance. No appreciation. No full salary. No timely salary given. No work life balance. Employee exploitation. No medical. No pf. Only torturous environment. No leave approval till 6 months. Continuous work without a single leave for 6 months. No intervention of the owner in the exploitation of staff. Work Details

It was an terrible experience as there is no work life balance. The HR is extremely rude and the management policies are way beyond understanding. The clauses in the joining letter are horrible.

Material Options are not good.clients was unhappy. They are not providing PC,Laptop or server. everyone using personal laptop.not employee base company.not using email, hangout.almost project work going on whatapp.
