I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. very bad management, central manager and company ceo Atul Jain don't listen employees problems. Only put pressure on them always. if you do good in your circle then central manager take that credit and if you don't fulfill requirement then they only blame on you. they dont give salary on time . not provide proper resource to fieldteam and cut their expanses and salary. i have 10 year experience in telecom sector as a project manager but this the most worst company i have experianced...Read More
