Secure Job, No Politics , They'll recognise hard work and rewards will be proportional to the hard work one puts . Very good chance of fast growth. One can be transformed to a SME in 2 years . Great global exposure as you will get to directly interact with client on daily basis .

Dislikes

This is a company only for fresh graduates , definitely not for married people or someone who needs to take care of family . They expect you to work 13-14 hours a day for all 7 days in the week . It's a very stressful environment, specially if you are reporting to the co-founder directly. He will destroy your self confidence by insulting you on daily basis infront of your juniors <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They definitely offer better salary and appraisals but there is no point earning the money which you can't spend </mark>. Work Details

DP basically do analytics consulting for two giant global CPG company at a very cheap rate(McKinsey charges a huge amount for the same work from them) and agrees to whatever timeline client asks for. Basically u have to work 12-14 hours for 7

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
