Management is very driven and highly motivated towards each and every employee growth. Work culture is very good and your work life balance is also yo maintained easily. Seniors are very cooperative

I am working with this company since last 5 years and if you are able to accept new changes there is a lot of chances to grow. I don't see any major issues. Although Compensation is good yet need to take care about the compensation as per the industry standards.
