Firstly, the compensation is below industry average while it is very much unstructured. There is no sense of appreciation for employees and the company doesn't provide any such extra activities which could improve morale (Employee engagement activities are next to zero). The top management is not dynamic and their frame of mind seems to be like a government organisation, where they don't want to grow. Moreover, employee problems are not taken seriously.
