Work Culture is decent in some teams. Company Policies are below average and targeted towards company's welfare. Decent Job security but one can never be safe in an private company.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less compared to peers & Low hike. Monotonous work. Good only freshers. One should not work more than 1-2 years.

The company provides a good learning experience for any new employee, with good on-the-job training. Also, the work culture is good and friendly.

Dislikes

Firstly, the compensation is below industry average while it is very much unstructured. There is no sense of appreciation for employees and the company doesn't provide any such extra activities which could improve morale (Employee engagement activities are next to zero). The top management is not dynamic and their frame of mind seems to be like a government organisation, where they don't want to grow. Moreover, employee problems are not taken seriously. There is a huge communication gap between managers and their subordinates. Clients are given highest priority, while employee comes at last.
