Technology and it's implementation, fast decision. Never compromise on quality of equipment!!

Dislikes

HR policies,work culture. Its mini KGF. Daily 1 hr extra we will work which is not accounted. Appraisal is the worst. It's not decided on your contribution towards organisation!!

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
