There is no hope for increment after hardwork.reviews given by the hr persons are company's paltu log.dont see this reviews.they are trying to just hiking the rating on the ambition box.you will cry definitely if join. Name ka mnc hai.logo ko thugte hai. hai.join hone se pehle salary badha k dete hai.after end of the year less increment they give.eberybody is cheater here.

They literally torture to complete the work.they don't give proper increment after year.

They didn't give you increment . They expect to work on Sunday also.they expect to start 12 hours to work. They are not explain your work. Company owner is horrible. He always scold you with galis.

Totally bad. It's my worst experience in Decbectochem . I got 700rs increment in my salary 2019.
