No skills development,No learning, leaving time is not fix, mostly under pressure environment, No fix tasks according to given job role in most cases, you will not balance your personal life as there is no fix time of leaving also you have to give your sundays most of the time.

I could not able to balance my personal time. Working hours are not fixed.Roles and responsibilities are not fixed as per given department.No training is given to fresher engineers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Totally worst company.no increment if turnover not completed.totally lala chap company. One time they give you hike when you join the company.too much politics. I am harrassed by superior person.
