No respect for girls. Erratic timings, terrible work life balance. Unhealthy politics, toxic work environment. The store leader who is supposed to be the HR is clearly biased. No respect for your personal life. You are expected to pick up the call and reply to messages even when you are on your off. You are asked to come in wheneverthey call you for extra work and if you deny, then you are tagged as irresponsible. You are made to do overtime, without any extra compensation. Forgot your personal life if you want to work at Decathlon. I wouldn't suggest anyone to work at Decathlon. They usually hire students or freshers and they are exploited like crazy!...Read More
