Decathlon is a growing campany,so as the campany is growing each day employee is also getting benifits at the same time.If I talk about team member they are just like family I never felt Its a bad day in decathlon for me.Everyday is intresting with some new challenges.I am allowed to do anything.I as a employee is the co- owner of decathlon what else one could expect from the campany.

Company's concept is good for their customers and always trying to satisfying them at any cost. Vast product range. Initial learning are good.

Dislikes

Not for future growth or career development. Politics n favouritism are the part of the culture. Not a good place for those believe in ethics values laws n norms of the corporate world. If you are clever, do not like to do the work on time... It's a best place for you.

Work Details

Initially it was good as the company told me I am a sales manager. But after a period of time I was not more than a cheap labour for them. No excitement.. no working environment... No job timings...No future growth
