This is a good company, many saite are under this company it have many worker. There is good upochunety to develop your skill. It have good communication with workers to resolve there issues if thay have. Company policies are good. Thay give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In my knowledge, in this company all management officer and company policies ie shift timing, good work culture in all workers, work complet in time to time, daily uses of uniform by the all workers etc.

Dislikes

In my knowledge, I can say that the any measurely dislike policies/problem is not face by me but transport facility is not provided.

Work Details

I was work in electrical maintenance ie installation of wiring, location of fault, connection of circuit braker,busbar and other switches, taking daily reading. I could work only three months in company and I can achieved better practically knowledge etc

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
