I'm glad to be part of Debtcare family.i loved my experience at DC.i have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open-door policy that makesme feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The team-building exercises we do each month also really help to connect us as a company so we are a team working towards the same goal instead of separate departments ignoring one another. They do a great job at training you and giving you the tools and support you need to learn new skills. I really love the company culture. I like their friendly move with employees there is no partiality between employer and employee I would like to continue my job with debtcare as a long term period in this firm as well as we can grow with company. there is no pressure on people if you done you're job they can do whatever you want
