no planning for future works , projects works to be handled in future by the management people. back office support is extremely poor .no training for freshers , no technical support on job .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
