There is nothing to like about working at DealShare. Every day is a drag and all employees count days when this torture will end.

As an organisation, there is a disconnect between what is said and what is done. 2 CEOs cant be handled at once, and they never concur on anything. This is terrible luck for the past and present employees of DealShare. Employees reporting to founders are ERRAND Boys, who are supposed to listen to the abuse and follow/execute what issaid. No proper stocks to give 100% and no improvisation no skill development for sales team Before company need to give stocks for work otherwise exicutives were never satisfy the company needs.

Everything. Mainly the management! Basically, the organization doesn't have any plans in the pipeline! The Organization has not yet discovered the first 5 main functions of management which we use to learn while studying MBA- Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing & Controlling. It doesn't have any pillars, just floating on the air in a bubble, that can blast anytime!!

There is no guarantee of job in share deal, when they wish they fire the employee, when they wish they keep him, those who are not on company payroll are toying in the hands of big people

Highly dictatorial organization, you get fired for expressing your opinion. Strict work from office for all except top leadership. Offer letter terms are honoured only by convenience. Your survivability depends on the grace and mood of leadership.
