There is nothing to like about working at DealShare. Every day is a drag and all employees count days when this torture will end.

Dislikes

As an organisation, there is a disconnect between what is said and what is done. 2 CEOs cant be handled at once, and they never concur on anything. This is terrible luck for the past and present employees of DealShare. Employees reporting to founders are ERRAND Boys, who are supposed to listen to the abuse and follow/execute what issaid. At the same time these are the people who penalised as things don't work(obviously they wont work as the decisions are taken by founders who have 17 years of retail experience/ are from IIT) Both the founders are clueless about internet, and how it can impact consumer behaviour( remember one is from IIT and the other has 20 years of Retail experience now) Best description for this org: Metro Cash&Carry on App Worst description for this org: Oil wholesale of Jaipur...Read More
