lot of inexperienced or people who have been thrown out of other companies will find job here. F&F is rarely paid with some pretext or other. Client are considered to be bakras ( that's the term used by team leaders) so client security is zero. No one to address the grievances.
Dislikes
clients are treated as brokerage generating machines the dealers have no knowledge of financial products they are just forced to sell them regardless.
