comapny is good but in pune location sinior level individuals have zero knowledge and froaud trading in clients account and maximum numbers of clients have no idea about their account trading . dealers do trading without client confirmation and cover their broakrage target. if client do complaints then they settle and pay money fromtheir pocket. for employee they hold payments in worst they don’t pay salary to employees it’s a normal task to the pune sinior and also deposit employee salary cheque on own accounts...Read More

My review based on Kolkata branch. From 17th August 2020, I got a good work culture and good office environment. Helpful boss Mr. Mukul Jaiswal, colleagues. But there something issue in salary, fully control from Mumbai. But the BM help everyone and support to achive target.

Main issue salary and target - A boss who sitting in mumbai, he couldn't know a RM what is doing in kolkata. But they assum something elese.

This is a pathetic organisation. They never paid employees properly. They used to torture us for targets. No work life balance. It needs to develop a lot. I would not recommend anybody to join here.

For me Dealmoney is good company learn a lot during job with multiple domain expertise. Good Team member and support, Top management is also very supportive.

Speaking honestly, Dealmoney canteen food is very bad but rest is ok with this company.

Payments are late consistently. And they don't even tell you in advance that your payment is going to be late.

Dislikes

Politics is going in management level. No proper appraisal. They don't keep there promises. You can't ask about why salary is late every month. No explanation is given.

Project is on Angular, .net. limited projects so only maintainance work most of the time. No proper project planning.
