Dislikes

Its semi Lala Co. There is very minimal professional and intellectual growth u can expect. Also they don't provide decent increment even if u work really good or add high value. HR policy is invisible. There is no proper evaluation system therefore some year may be u will not get increment also.

Blue colour workers have too many concessions due to which they do not work as required and if you pressurize them for work then they threaten you. local workers and union are responsible for this. Because they have been doing this from the beginning, not working during working hours because after that they get double the overtime money.
