Politics, stagnancy, mis-management, frequent change in leadership, lac of decision making and setting up priorities, if you are performing then you are the only one going to be overburdened

When I joined my then manager was friendly, co-operative, the person who you can look up to, and always helped in learning, no unrealistic deadlines, everything is opposite after he left.

Promotion on experience also given to undeserved person who doesn't know how to talk,read & write. Also having no knowledge inspite of having large experience. Promotion not given to right candidate who is qualified, knowledgeable & experienced. Although he is looking after the whole plant.

Blue colour workers have too many concessions due to which they do not work as required and if you pressurize them for work then they threaten you. local workers and union are responsible for this. Because they have been doing this from the beginning, not working during working hours because after that they get double the overtime money.
