It is a old economy manufacturing company into production of comodities like fertilisers. chemicals and PVC , the job security and work life balance is good but it is riddled with politics, groupism and bureucratic functioning. Dislikes

it is a old fshioned company with no new personnel policies being practised , everything is based on whims and fancies of bosses who have king sized egos.

It is a well reputed group with a long history and heritage, however it has not been able to expand and change accordingly to time and just carrying on with traditional businesses . Not much of expansion.

Dislikes

It is a bureaucratic culture and practices are outdated and decision making centralised with little delegation down the line , HR politics are not transparent and as per latest practices,compensation is average!

In one sentence It is an excellent place to work if you are looking for a stable career,peace of mind and work/life balance but if you are over ambitious and looking to b a GM in 5 years pl look elsewhere.Here slow and steady wins the race.
