It has a government like culture. Very slow growth. If you work than you have a problem but if you don't than there is no one to ask you anything. The top management seems to be confused in taking decisions many a times.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
