directors are super duper ruthless company ki sales down hai employees ko bhaga dia h kitne logo ki job khayi h vani chugh kabra ne or kuch logo ko work from home Diya hai 😂50% salary de rahe hai totally waste hai yha ana

Seniors behavior is worst-case, Partiality in management for some specific persons. Job Security is Zero as they create replacement back up in every 5-6 months when currently working employees gets frustrated due to the seniors behavior.

Dislikes

Everything will be highlighted directly to management rather than discussing and get it sorted within the Department.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
