Company hire employees on contract and whenever they feel they kick out their employees by just terminating the contract befire time and simply saying you are not on roll employee you are on third party...the worst experience ever with DB Schenker. In this situation when company should help employees and be with them the way employees were with them in hard times also. And then they ask employees to forcefully resign and give them a threat that if you will not resign we will not support you in your background verification and HR’s over there are so mean and there behaviour is pathetic....Read More

No perks no benefits. Work culture is pathetic. They just say its mon-fri 9hours but make employees work more than that. The support at this time also didn’t happen. The company is worst place to work. The employees at hire level take advantage of people working under them. They do not behave properly with them. Not even talking to them properly. Schenker's culture is the best, they everything to make their employees feel good. They reward their employees on their good work, they celebrate every moment with their employees.

Dislikes

They put extra workload on employees, and the entire work life balance gets spoil. People don't even get time to spare time with their family. Even sometimes they call their employees on weekends and holidays to complete task.
