The MNC exposure and the team mates are good.

Dislikes

Regional Wise the Company is not good. They are not at all concerned about the employees.The politics is too high.The training was not worth.The work life balance is not there.Many service issues and poor operational efficiency.

Work Details

Working in DB Schenker is good but the top management will make you irritate the work.You need to work like a machine.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
