one plus point is that my colleagues comes from various culture background ,and we work happily in collaboration .the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .

Dislikes

Growth is slow .the work pressure is very high some time i have to work 14-15 hr .straight in a day .their is less technical staff ,the pressure built on one single person.

my work is challenging as i have to look after the entire project completion ,it will be a great learning experience .need to be high software tooles .

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
