Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The management has very high and unrealistic expectations to contribute to research i.e filing patents, applying for proposals, and publications but fails to provide any financial support or any other assistance for the same. No infrastructure for research. labs are not well maintained. No lab instructor during lab sessions also. Unnecessary documentation and redundant admin work, all are clueless. Horrible HR policies: No hikes, No PF, No increments, salary never gets credited on time, unnecessary deductions, No proper leave policies, No holidays, no proper transportation, no medical insurance, No cafeterias /canteen extremely less salary and no additional benefits Advice to Management: First provide proper research facilities and invest in employee welfare Give proper hikes, increments, decent salary, PF, good infrastructure, and Most importantly recognition....Read More
