Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good Salary every month.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management does't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
