The job was challanging but in starting it struggl a bit in as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to learn multiple task and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It's a place where you can learn new things everyday. If you like to teach, DAVV is a good place for working.

Dislikes

Salary issue.you never get it on time. For visiting and contract based faculty no job security is there.
