Good university to work No work pressure

Dislikes

Not much. Contractual position. Departmental heads are partial in some departments. The salary doesnt increase with next interview session for the same contract position. Since it is contract post academic development is restricted.

I dislike contract based faculty appointment. I suggest that University must appoint regular faculty.
