Work culture is good in some of the schools but not in Durgapur DAV.

Dislikes

Senior teachers are given higher classes. Adhoc teachers r bullied or belittle demotivated by permanent teachers. Often they are not given pay for 2 or 3 months.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
