Dislikes

Working life balance, like work pressure is more. Lot of politics were there. The management supports the old and experienced people of the particular school more than the new commers who joined later. Job training is not given to the new joiners.

Work Details

Working in DAV was very interesting. I learnt many new things here.One thing I like about DAV is the ongoing Capacity building programme in every 3 months. Learnt yoga & microsoft skill classes etc.I struggled a lot in the very beginning as the environmnt

Working in DAVPS as a teacher is a good experience with job security, nice career growth, awesome work environment, innovative skill development orientation compulsory programmes, helpful teammates and fine salary support. It's a good opportunity.
