The company is open to innovation and result adopts new technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliance, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Comentarios is recent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciate ons from the boss, but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals.

Work Details

My work is challenging. Because they only give us the outline and little inputs and some pictures of machine of exhibition. And I want to develop it on 2d and 3d and a bom for further development process.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
