The Work Environment is good as the colleagues working over there are nice.

Dislikes

The Management is not at all good the company along with the work culture. They donot have any consideration for their employees. It is corrupted with its Inside Politics for which the employees have to suffer. The environment is quite disturbing and lastly takes a toll on the health of the people too with the stressful environment.

The office environment and company culture is amazing. Management is highly accommodating and professional. I've had a great experience so far, especially mentioning the fact that growth is uncapped and promotions are announced ahead of time if the employee exhibits deserving performance. I genuinely took a minute to think on this one. While I couldn't come up with an answer, I think I can add that I wish the cafeteria/pantry area in office could be bigger. I don't dislike the current one, but just something that can be changed.

It's been more than 2 years and my time has been fruitful at work. Everyday you come up with challenges, learnings and skilling up yourself. As mentioned in rankings, the organization has provided work-life balance, work based salaries, job security and work satisfaction. The culture and support required has been appreciated coming from the top management including CEO, Directors. As I am handling complete international process of the company and I have experienced that when it comes to have improvements related to process-the ideas, feedbacks are not just appreciated but implemented swiftly with ease.
