Good leave benefits are there in place. For women employees company offers maternity leaves and for men’s there are paternity leaves. I mentioned it specifically, as I have seen that most companies generally lack to offer paternity leaves, which is not a case here. Good to see that.

I am thankful to the company for allowing freedom to work and manage time, accordingly, living to a condition that we deliver assigned assignments within the deadline. Till that everything is good. Working in such work environment has allowed me to grow in my skills and has improved my creative thinking ability.

Sometimes, you may be required to work overtime due to stiff deadlines.

Also, they have dedicated placement assistance team that trains individuals on interview preparation and other relevance. You get everything in one place. Unquestionably, it’s a good online learning platform.

I find fixed timings much beneficial over here. It keeps everything clear and knowing your day fixed routine helps you plan rest of the day as per your wish. So, I always consider going for fixed timings rather than praising flexi timings. It’s my personal opinion.

A nice platform to upskill and learn. Investment banking course in collaboration with LGCA that can help you. The duration of the course is 6 months and the syllabus is well designed by the experts. Faculties are helpful. You get all the required information and guidance.
