Financial professional qualified, wont have any growth here Salary is too low for analyst, they won't pay allowance for first peak. Manager are very poor in managing the resources, They manage like school teacher. if you change your sitting they will question you like teacher. cafeteria is not maintained well , you can see many cockroach's in your coffee cups Work pressure is too high in peak time 12 hrs shift. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
