Flexible timings and great environment to work

No activities, no great pay scale as such, with less payment they expect you to work more for them, no gymkhana, no job security. they put you on PIP and remove you of the organisation if you are not performing well instead of transferring you to other team or department or other locations.There is zero Job security . No bonus incentive as such ...overall not great company to stay in....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
