I am working here from 2023 Jan, I am very happy to be a part of this company. It great place to work and learn new technologies. They will encourage us to come up with new ideas and work in different technology and the managers and every employee is supportive and encourages for the work. I am very proud to work here, and positive and great work culture.

There floor infrastructure was good

Dislikes

There is no work balance, even though you hav to stay whole night. Weekend is just so called leave, after start project they push to come in Saturday and Sunday also. Management is not cooperating they follow micro management.

without giving proper intimation they can layoff the people whoever not working in projects and also bond system if they want to remove no notice period serve they will tell your last date like within two weeks, if we want to go we need to serve notice period 3 months.

Ambience is good

Company ask to sign up 2.6yrs bond and there is no offer letter is released untill 6 months for freshers, and there is no growth in any way either salary or technology. If you wanna relieve before bond, experience letter is not provided even if you share genuine Medical reports.Management staff is worst . If you're fresher please don't join this company

Just you will get to know some technologies because they will keep switching you from one tech to another

There is a lot of points. First of all the company policies are designed in such a way that it will benefit themselves in every way. They HR department is very rude. The management is not at all supportive. Not matter you much contribution you have made for the company, if they are not able to get a project for you, you will be asked to leave. No support from anyone at all because the management is in complete control of this. They are kind of ruling this company, no manager or leads are allowed atleast to say their points in favor of the employee. It's a risk in your career if you are ever going to join this company.
