The working environment is good for both girls and boys. There is no issue related to safety. The working area is hygienic.

The salary structure is very bad. They don't provide salary slips on time. They don't communicate the salary pattern with the employees. The HR policies are very rigid. I feel like that I am working in a prison where I am not free to communicate my views and thoughts. They will say in the starting thay your salary will be dependent on your performance but in real it's not at all like that. People are supportive there, they have friendly nature, seniors are nice to juniors and supportive and there is nothing more about this organization.

Dislikes

The organization has gender discrimination, lots of underappreciated persons are not appreciated and favoritism there, no work-life balance, the organization is not supportive of all male employees except females and those males who are the organization's favorite, micromanagement is there, if you work there is no future of employee, no growth will be seen by both knowledge and salary package.

Work culture is very friendly and supportive, company policy is good as for professional growth and employee oriented, not heard about that any employee was fired at the time of pandemic. In short, this is the good platform for experiencing the RCM.

Dislikes

I don't find anything bad here but expecting the little bit improvement in terms of more facilities like food court, washrooms, lobby, indoor games, gym etc. Gender discrimination and politics should be avoided if any.

Honestly, dunno what to say, I mean the staff is great but do not expect any career growth individually or professionally. Compensation and Benefits are terrible...no double OT. No recognition for hard-working people. I think working here can be a great opportunity for Freshers. A lot of support from team leaders and great training but the salary is not so great.
